Installing Polymetis CRM

Welcome to CRM Polymetis!

Prerequisite​

Before you can start using Polymetis CRM the following prerequisites must match

  1. To install the app, you need to have Jira Administrator permissions.
  2. Browser requirements for Polymetis CRM match the relevant Jira requirements. See the Jira Supported Browser page.

Installing Polymetis CRM​

To install Polymetis CRM, follow these steps: Install CRM Polymetis:

  1. Click the on the left bar and choose Apps.
  2. Type Polymetis CRM in the search field and hit enter.
  3. The Polymetis CRM will appear. Click the button to install it. A confirmation message and the app details will display, if it is installed successfully.

Uninstalling Polymetis CRM​

To uninstall Polymetis CRM, follow these steps:

  1. Click the on the left bar and choose Apps.
  2. Click on Manage apps
  3. Expand Polymetis CRM in the list of installed apps
  4. Click on Uninstall.
  5. Provide us feedback to let us know what was missing or what we've could have done better.
